Equipping school administrators with essential digital skills to manage schools efficiently in an increasingly technology-driven education landscape.
Women in Leadership Mentorship Programme
A year-long mentorship programme pairing emerging women educators with experienced female school leaders. Currently in its third cohort with 45 mentees across Ghana.
Rural Schools Leadership Initiative
Bringing leadership training and resources to headteachers in rural districts across the Northern, Savannah, and Oti Regions. Over 120 schools have participated to date.
Community Engagement in Education Reform
A completed research project documenting best practices in meaningful community participation in school governance and education policy development.
