An Institution for Leadership, Knowledge and Policy
The Institute of Leadership and Management in Education (InLaME) is an independent organisation working at the intersection of leadership, management, governance, education and institutional development.
We undertake research, develop leadership capacity, convene policy conversations and build partnerships that connect knowledge with practice.
Our work responds to a fundamental question:
How can leadership and institutions become more capable, responsible and effective in a rapidly changing world?
We explore this question across sectors and generations, bringing together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, executives, traditional leaders, educators and emerging leaders.
InLaME is both a think institution and a practice-oriented institution. We do not only study leadership. We seek to improve it.
